During the first appointment we will focus on washrooms, kitchen and baseboards making sure to bring your home into an ideal maintenance level.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU?
At least 24 hours in advance.
WHEN I CAN HIRE YOUR SERVICES?
At anytime.
DO YOU TAKE THE GARBAGE AT END OF THE SERVICE?
Yes, we collect all the garbage and leave it at the front for you.
DO YOU CLEAN THE OVEN AND FRIDGE?
Yes, but it has a $30 additional cost for each and you must requested at the time of booking our services.
Satisfaction
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee of our services once our job is completed. We allocated the last 10 minutes to present the home to our clients to make sure the satisfaction of our job is 100% and that we didn't miss anything.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours of cancellation notice before your appointment. Any client that provides less than 24 hours cancelation notice will be subject to a fee of $50 for missed appointments.
Appointments
Please be advised that sometimes due to high traffic we are unable to make it on time to your appointment please allow for 1 hour buffer time. We will notify you at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
